Hi Team,
I created one doc with some design using plantuml extension. Few days back it was working and now its not, I have been trying since yesterday, my whole work seems to have lost. Please help here
The error that I get is
`Error loading the extension!`
Even in editing the doc I dont get the edit option for the design part where I used plantuml extension
I asked my admin and this plugin has been disabled as not many people were using this.
Can I someohow get the plantuml code that I used in the doc as I believe content of it is saved somewhere, its just that it is unable to render

Hi @nibansal
It still saved in the backend and the vendor or in the db at Atlassian.
You would need temporary enable the app to get to the data.
I would ask your admin to to this. Make an appointment together when. If then enables the app you are able to get the data and the app can be disabled again.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
The admin has to repurchase the plugin to get the data which wont be free, if somehow I can get the data from db that will be better

The app can be used as a trail and that's free.
You are on Cloud so this is your only option (or contact Atlassian Support), in cloud you can't have DB access.

Hi @nibansal
Welcome to the community.
PlantUML options are not default in Confluence, but achieved with a 3rd party add-on.
I would contact your administrator.
As it seems that the license of the add-on expired, the error reltaes to this.
