I have som issues with the access for every salesmen that i have.

They get all the access instead of just some.

They also get email for every single thing i change, even tho they are not admin.

I removed "Watch this" + email notification, but they still get it?

Check the space permissions - it probably says "let confluence-users have access", and you are adding your people into that group to allow them to log in.
