Performance Issues with Mosaic Add-on – Long Load Times

Each time loading a page, the Mosaic Add on elements are loading way too long. Its not a network or browser issue – it happens also to other people. 

Is there a way to influence the content loading settings in confluence?

For a plugin / app, like Mosaic, I would recommend to check their page in the https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/247/mosaic-content-formatting-macros-templates-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=support . 

Mosaic have a statuspage  https://status.connect.adaptavist.com/ , although it doesn't seem to be specifically for Mosaic, you can at least see if there are any incidents reported. I would go ahead and open a ticket to the app vendor to let them know you are experiencing some latency. They should be able to help.
