I am writing runbooks for PowerShell.

Sometimes when I do /c to past code into the code macro, it adds unwanted newlines after the last line of the code that can not be deleted.

This was copied from a plane txt file.

I have seen 5 other closed posts for this, the last one being CONFCLOUD-54318.

This last ticket was last updated and closed on 24/Aug/2020 at 10:47 PM it states ...

It is now 29/01/2026, there have been 5 years 5 months and 5 days to fix this.

What is going on??

Work Around no 5 year 5 months 6 day old BUG.

1) When this happens, publish the document.

2) Edit the document, if any lines show under the code you will now be able to delete them.

3) Publish again

job done.
