I have an MP4 file attached to a page that I am having problems playing it. The file is linked via a weblink. When using Chrome, I click on the link, the file starts playing then stops at 30% and doesn't continue playing the rest of the video even if I drag the progress bar to past 30%. In IE, the file doesn't play at all, when I click on the link, it opens WMP and says "not supported". On the other hand, when I download the file in both browsers, it plays fine using WMP.
