Part of videos in confluence page are not playable

Hi,
Just noticed that part of our company internal use videos can't be played.
First videos were uploaded some time ago and they work ok, but last more recent videos do not work.
When I firstly load page, preview looks ok
, but after I click on it, it is not played and is shown as on screenshot below:
Can you please help me with this issue.
