Pages in "Worked On" section: Able to see, but can't open or edit it

Hi, 

I'm able to view my the pages I worked on in the "Worked On" section of my profile. 

However, I'm unable to click the page title to open it up / view it / edit it. This applies to pages that are published or drafts. 

Any thoughts?

I'd also like to know the following:

• What browser are you using, and what is the version?
• Does this occur for other users?
