I am seeing the following when try to access my page. Has my page been deleted?
Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.
Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.
We understand you would like to get your data back and you are unable to.
Indeed your site was deactivated due to inactivity, and we would advise to navigate on Free sites often, to avoid any issues with deactivation.
You must have also received the email notification about the inactivity period and the deactivation, with the date as well and product mentioned.
Generally, when the data is deleted from a site, its gone for good, and not all cases it is possible to recover it.
Even with that in mind, in a best effort, we have created a support ticket with you to see if we can recover it.
Please check your email, you should find the support ticket message for "JST-1205357".

Has your site been actively used, or has it been inactive for a long period?
If your site has been inactive for an extended time, it may have been deactivated. In that case, the users listed as Billing Contacts on your site would have received several email notifications warning about the deactivation before it occurred.
If you need assistance, please visit Atlassian Support and open a support ticket.

It is just directing me to help pages, is there no one I can actually contact to get help with this?

As @Anthony Morais explained, if your site has been inactive, you should have received a notification about this - https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/#Data-retention-period
If you have missed the window to keep the site active, Atlassian will have to intervene, depending on the timeline, it may still be possible to recover your site. I will flag this post to Atlassian. Someone should reply to you here.
