In the tree structure, I created a root folder and then a sub-folder. I created a page under the sub-folder. The next day, I went to my space looking for the page and observed that it had moved under the root folder. Has there been any reports of this? If so, what is the fix?
I'm not aware of any bugs that could explain this behavior.
It is possible that someone has manually moved your page, but it will be hard to determine if that's the case as the User Audit Logs do not track pages being arranged in the page tree.
A few questions:
does your Space allows access to users other than yourself?
if you check the Space Settings > Content > Reorder menu (https://<your-domain>.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/reorderpages.action?key=ABC), has the page really moved?
was this a one-time thing, or did you notice this happening more often?
