Page sharing with message is not working

Hi
The message function for the page sharing is not displayed as discribed in Share a page or blog post.
Is this because of the settings or is it not supported for the cloud version?

I'm using google chrome browser. it's working well.
As you said , may be a incompatible browser or something else.
Please check the supported browsers below for Atlassian cloud.
