Hi all,
our knowledge base is structured by a header, holding page properties to be filled by authors.
On of those is a property which tells the author to create a task for himself for 1 year in the future to recheck the page if still valid.
The property has a page break to explain the content a bit in brackets in a new line (of course within one table-cell.
I realize that obviously it is not possible to show specifically that column in a page property report. I assume the page break is preventing the report from working.
Does anyone have an idea how to overcome that apart from changing the property to a onliner.
Thanks!
Martin
Hi @Martin ,
If you use our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, you may hide the unwanted columns of the Page Properties Report macro via the Table Filter macro' settings.
I assume that you have all the columns if you leave the "Columns to show" field blank but can't retrieve the specific heading.
Hi @Katerina Kovriga _Stiltsoft_
Thanks for your reply.
Yes indeed that is my current workaround. I leave the columns to show blank and get all data. But I require at least sorting, which is also only possible in the output together with the irrelevant columns.
The unfortune is, that I'm not authorized to use apps. So the mentioned one is no option for my setup.

@Pramodh M Thanks for the reply. The issue is not that the report cannot find the page property id. That works. It is just that the heading cannot be found if I put that in the "columns to show".
