Unless you have a backup of the deleted space then you cannot restore the space. And you cannot access the moved page from the original space, that would only work if you copied the page and then either archived or deleted the page.
Atlassian is creating a backup feature, it is currently in EAP and scheduled to be released in Q3-Q4 2023 according to the public roadmap. Or you could take a look at the two apps that currently offer backups and restore features available in the Marketplace.
