Does Atalassian employees/supporters have page access to pages in our Confluence site?

It depends.

If you are on Server, then no.  Unless you have granted them access.

If you are on Cloud, then yes.  Atlassian Cloud support are your system administrators, so they can give themselves whatever access they need to do support work.

no one can access your system unless you open it up or invited/add users.

when asking for support they will ask for zip of the logs to see where the problem may lie.

this is from my understanding

Interesting - the reason for me asking is that i just received a screenshot of my actual pagetree from Atlassian support team.

If the supporters can see the actual pagetree ... can they see the pages too?

I would like a clear confirmation of this matter, covering both supports/employees of Atlassian.
