Page Views Not Showing

Hi Atlassian Community,

I do not see the page views for the pages in my Confluence.

I read through the following pages, but I'm still confused:

• https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-insights-on-pages/
• https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-insights-on-spaces/

some questions I have:

• How do I turn on the "people viewed" insight on my pages?
  
  • Is there a Space config I need to turn on? (I couldn't find one)
• Are Page Views supposed to appear automatically?
  • Do they only appear in paid accounts (I'm on the free tier)
• Do I need to install a plugin?
  • I tried installing the "Analytics" app (screenshot from  support.atlassian.com), but I couldn't find the way to add it.
  • I did manage to add the BitVoodoo App, but it isn't free, and I doesn't seem as straightforward as the "Analytics" app that Atlassian documents...

Hi @xavierfeather,

As @Ste Wright mentioned the OOTB feature (Page Insights) is only available for Standard, Premium, and Enterprise offerings.

However, if you are looking for free options you may try the following free Atlassian marketplace apps which can help you to see the page views:

It states you are using the "Free" version of Confluence, correct?

If yes, page insights are only available for Standard, Premium, and Enterprise pricing.

That explains it. Thank you. After fiddling around for ~1 hour, I thought this might be the answer, but I didn't know where to look to know for sure. I wish the UI and the documentation for the UI would make it more obvious.
