Export to PDF is very complete for some reason. 150 pages with text and rare pictures in total weigh about 140 megabytes. Tell me how you can fix this? When exporting from Cloud, such documents weighed no more than 10 megabytes.
I would recommend you to try to identify, what is causing the problem (for example try to export page by page and see, if some page is significantly larger then the others etc). Then maybe some workaround should be possible.
