Suddenly the option to export to PDF is broken for my company instance. As this is a production instance many customers/partners have already started complaining. I have already submitted a ticket but wondering if it is due to a global outage.
Hi @Rajkumar Rajamanickam I just checked on Atlassian's Status Page and I don't see anything specific to that issue. It is referring to some maintenance going on.
I tried exporting a PDF in my Confluence instance, and I didn't have any issues.
Have you gone through the usual troubleshooting steps? Have you tried rebooting, tried a different browser, different PC? Do others on your instance have the same problem?
That would be a few things to try.
