PDF export - headers in page vs space export

I setup a PDF export stylesheet that adds headers to every page.

Which works great when I do a Page Export. However, that same header shows up on the title page, when I do a Space Export and I'd like to suppress it there.

If I set the @page:first rule to suppress the header on the first page, it works for Space Export, but that also removes the header on the first page of the Page Export.

Is there anyway I can remove the header only from the first page when using the Page export?
