Our Old spaces disappeared!

Hello,

We had a confluence account with several Spaces and many pages and work previously, and for some reason we hold our work there for a while, and when I logged in to our account, everything has been removed! Can Atlassian delete all the work by themselves?

I reached out to the support, but they said it is outside of their scope of support and I need to ask here, Can someone help me how to retrieve these spaces and work?

Are you using a Free subscription or a paid subscription?

Was there an extended period of inactivity for your site during which nobody logged in?

Have you checked to see if the spaces are Archived?

Atlassian would not delete anything unless you are on a Paid subscription and they were unable to execute the billing process or you failed to pay, or you are on a Free subscription and there was an extended period of inactivity where nobody logged in. In both cases Atlassian would have sent multiple emails to the email addresses specified as Billing Contacts before actually deleting anything.
