My original Atlassian site llow250.atlassian.net became unavailable.
I can log into my Atlassian account, but my Jira project and bug reports are missing.

A new empty site named llow250-1778360331967.atlassian.net appeared instead.

I received an email saying my subscription was deactivated due to inactivity.
I urgently need access to my old Jira issues and projects.

Please help reactivate or restore the original site.

Hello @박승희

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

When did you receive the email that your subscription was being deactivated?

Atlassian keeps the data for a limited time after deactivation and then permanently deleted it.

If a new site exists with the same name but no data then your data has likely been permanently deleted.
