We're a new business and I signed up for Confluence a month or two ago. At the time we were using a SaaS SSO provider. We hadn't used Confluence much since signing up as there were other fires to put out. Over the course of the last two months we had to switch to O365 and stopped using the SSO provider. However, our logins to Confluence are still tied to the SAML connector for the previous SSO provider. I can't login or create a support ticket because my org account is tied to an invalid SAML provider!
Hi @fredflintstone ,
If you have another e-mail like g-mail, you can create an account and login. Then submit a support ticket. Here's the link to raise a support ticket.

This can be bypass for on-prem instances and haven't seen this possibility in Cloud since there is no backend access for end-users. This will likely require support to disable SAML and help to connect to the new provider.
