I applied for an Open Source License for my project's Jira & Confluence instance. Shortly after applying, I received an email indicating that the License was approved and that I could expect to see that an Open Source License would be applied. Since that date, I have not seen that the license has been applied. I would like to make my confluence space public (as required by the license) but I am unable to.
What should I do as a next step? I know that my request was approved, but the instance has still not updated. It has been a few weeks since the acceptance so I would think it would have been applied by this date.
