We are looking to create a "Suggestion Box" that would be managed by department. Our users span from technology newbies to fluent but our admin team (department managers) have a learning curve on backend processes - so I'm looking to design something that's easy to manage.
I'm interested in the structure you set up and how the team responded?

With the recent COVID19; we have shifted to a workforce that is remote. We are really in need of ramping up our Intranet Space as a means to stay in touch and have started to investigate Slack integration - if anyone has any ideas, now would be the time to share!! Thanks all and good luck!
I'm interested in this topic as well, and more than just a suggestion box, but more of an innovation management system. What does Atlassian have that could be used here?
