Only selected checkboxes appear in e-mail?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am very new to this and am having some trouble with e-mail formatting. I created a questionnaire using ConfiForm and added the IFTTT Integration Rules macro to generate an e-mail for each form submission. The e-mail only shows selected answers, but does not show entire list of options that were available to choose from. Is there a way to have all unchecked boxes show? I am not finding any options within the current ConfiForm macros I am using.
