That box appears to be the OneDrive Smart Link authentication prompt, not an in-app marketing message. Confluence is trying to render a preview for OneDrive links on the page. The account used by the PDF export process isn’t connected to Microsoft, so the authentication prompt is being captured in the exported document. Atlassian notes that users must be signed in to third-party apps before restricted Smart Links can display their content.

I’d first identify each OneDrive or SharePoint Smart Link on the page and change its display from an embedded preview to a simple inline link. Edit the page > select the OneDrive link > change the display option to Inline > publish the page > export it again. This should preserve the clickable URL without asking Confluence to render protected OneDrive content in the PDF.

If you need the actual OneDrive content to appear in the exported PDF, I don’t see a reliable native way to authenticate the PDF exporter against Microsoft. In that case, the practical option would be to upload the file or an image of the relevant content directly to Confluence before exporting.

If the prompt still appears after all OneDrive links have been converted to inline links, I’d raise it with Atlassian Support and include the page URL and an example export. It may be a PDF export defect involving Smart Links rather than something an administrator can disable globally.
