We are trying to connect to external applications via OAuth 2.0 using the following documentation.

Oauth 2.0 Configuration for Confluence | Confluence | Atlassian Documentation

However we are not able to see the External Links in the Settings section. It simply shows the system jira option.

Need help on connecting to our Cloud apps using OAuth 2.0.

Hi @Balaji Lakshmipathi ,

that article is for a Data Center instance. If you need to use a service account on cloud in order to connect a third part app, please follow this article https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/create-oauth-2-0-credential-for-service-accounts/

Hope this helps,

Fabio
