Hello,
We are having an issue with opening links to our pages since we integrated Office365 SSO.
If I send a link to one of our articles, the user will get prompted to sign in. They are sent to Microsoft for authentication if they choose the SSO option. However, once they’re actually signed in they are then taken to a "Page Not Found" screen:
The URL shows https://wiki.xxx.digital/pages/viewpage.action, instead of the actual URL.
If they navigate to the link AFTER they have already signed in, then the link actually works. But it always fails the first time if they are not signed into Confluence already.
Also, this does NOT seem to happen if they are logged in with a local account.
Does anyone know what may be happening here, and if there’s any way to fix it?
I found a couple of other articles on here mentioning a similar problem, but I couldn't find any solutions.
Thanks!
Marcus Acosta
