Notifications does not work with confluence could

With the new Confluence on MCP notifications by changing page content doesn't work for new generated projects although all notifications options are active. It seems this is a general problem for all users only on the MCP platform.  
Confluence on SDP platform works well.
Have somebody an idea for this root cause?

are u sure that email notification is turned on ? https://support.atlassian.com/confluence/kb/confluence-cloud-is-not-sending-notifications-for-actions/
