Nothing showing up under my comment's column when adding it to a Jira Issue List macro in Confluence

Nothing showing up under my comment's column when adding it to a Jira Issue List macro in Confluence. You can see my confluence page in the first picture and an example of one of the issues having a comment that's not showing in confluence. I've also added a screenshot of the macro details.image.png

Hi @Taylor Douthitt

@Germán Morales is right here, but the Macro you are using is not an ootb one, this comes from the App Custom Charts for Confluence.

You could reach out to their support.

Hi @Taylor Douthitt , that's the macro's own cache. Confluence Data Center holds Jira Issue List results for 5 minutes by default before it checks the source again, so a comment from 5 minutes ago can easily still be showing the stale version.

  • Use the Refresh button inside the macro itself, not the browser's refresh, it forces a fresh call to Jira instead of reading from cache.

If it stays blank after that, check whether that comment is restricted to a group the application link user can't see, restricted comments won't surface through the macro either.
