Note page goes blank when I try to Edit

Hello! When I click the "Edit" button on our team's Confluence Note page the only items visible are the title and the creator [found at the top of the standard page] - all other items are not visible. Does anyone know what is causing this / how to resolve this? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for reaching out! I've raised a ticket on your behalf regarding the blank page issue when editing your Confluence Note page. Your ticket reference is PCS-3758811. The team will investigate what's causing the content to disappear in edit mode.

You should receive an email notification shortly with the ticket key included in either the subject line or the body of the email - keep an eye on your inbox. You can use that ticket to track progress and reply directly if you need to add any additional details.

Have you tried using another device or browser? Or maybe clear the browser cache ?

Also, are other users having the same problem ?

Hello!

We can only use Chrome.

I cleared my browser cache and it is still not working.

Yes, other team members are having the same issue.

Any other suggestions?
