Hello team,
I am not able to access the customer confluence page (mercedez benz) with registerred email id " ***********@*****.com". I am getting error "email not recognised" while accessing Altassian account in the customer server.
Obseravtion: When I am trying to login the confluence page in customer server with the registerred email "***********@*****.com"". some how this is getting overwriten as "*****@*****.com" (Here ******** is the Bosch user Id).
Steps tried - (Issue still available)
1) Tried disabling the SSO in browser
2) Tried with different browsers i.e. Google Chrome, Mozilla FIrefox, Edge
3) Tried in incognito mode

As a user community we don't have access to your login account nor the system to which you are trying to connect.
Have you ever been successful in trying to access that Confluence instance with the specified email?
Is the Confluence instance owned/administered by your employer?
Are you trying to use an email address/login that was provided to your by your employer?
Have you tried contacting the administrators/support team specifically for that Confluence instance?
