One member of my organization cannot reset your password because not receive the email notificacion.
Can you help me, pllease?.

I searched our bounce logs for your organization's email domain, and I see yesterday, we tried to email a user multiple times and received the following error:
554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy
Your email server may be rejecting our messages. Check with your email server admin, and then have the user try to reset their password again. If they're unsuccessful, please have your site admin raise a ticket with the support team:

I've escalated this to Atlassian, and someone will come to check if that person's email is bounced from Atlassian. Out of curiosity, did that user check their spam folder?
