For some time now we are not receiving any emails from *@atlassian.com (e.g. login codes or password reset). Nothing is reaching our mail server - not even in spam, junk, or quarantine - so it seems like nothing is sent at all.
We’ve verified that our domain is not blocking mails from atlassian.com.
- In the Microsoft Exchange Admin Center and in the message flow tracker, nothing has arrived at all from atlassian.
As mentioned in previous topics, a ticket should be sent to the Support for review.
However, after entering the organization address, I am only directed to the Atlassian Community and the How-To Guides. The same goes for the chatbot. I assume this is because of the free plan.
Is there anything that can help us here?

Do a simple test, doe it arrive when using a non company mailbox, like a personal mailbox?
Do you get the email?
Thanks, this seems to be the problem - something must have changed. Mails within the same organization continue to arrive, I will have this checked.
