Not receiving confirmation email

Hello

I currently have the free version of Confluence but upgrading soon.

In the meantime, I have now 9 users that have access to the product but can't add the last one as he is not getting the confirmation email.

Any idea?

Hi @Thomas.GRIMALDI

Please navigate to the Product access section and observe how many users have used the license. Even if the user is not receiving the mail, ask the user to navigate to your site and if he is added to the group where the confluence has access to, he should be able to login to the site.
