I have been trying to access this URL from last 3 - 4 days but am not able to access the page. I get this screen everytime:
I am sure that I have correct access rights to visit this page and this page works for all other team members except me. I have also tried to use VPN, but no luck there as well.
When I tried to open a support request, I get URL is not valid. Here is the screenshot of the same:
You need to give it the url of the site you are raising the request for, not the url of the error. At this point in the support request, Atlassian are asking for the system, not any details of the request.
Drop everything after the .atlassian.net and try again.
Nope, it does not resolve the issue. It throws another error: This doesn't look like an Atlassian Cloud URL you're typing.
I am a developer by profession, so I have very good knowledge of URLs and I have tried all different patterns but still get errors about the URL field when raising a support request.

Right, so if I put in the url you've given, it fails.
When I put in a non-Atlassian cloud url, I get "this doesn't look like an atlassian Cloud url you're typing".
When I cut it back to the base url (i.e. chop off everything after /atlassian.net as I said before), I get "We can't find this url" - this is because my Atlassian account does not have access to it, not because it does not exist
Please check what you are putting into the field, put in the proper url for the base of your system. If you get "we can't find this url", you'll need to go ask one of your administrators to raise this for you.

Sorry to disturb you! Infact my account was never enabled by my administrator.
