It looks pure like your User don´t have Active License. You must ask your Admin for Acces to Site.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Your site admin can check and grant you necessary access to your atlassian site. Please reach out to your confluence admins.
