Not able to access the Billing Profiles

I am not able to create Billing Profile with the account. not able to see any options for creating a new billing ID or profile

Can you provide a link to the documentation where you are getting your instructions?

Can you provide a screen image showing us what you do see? Obscure confidential information.

As per this documentation, Billing Profiles are applicable only in the new billing experience.
