Not Seeing "SPACE ADMIN" Role and Not able to Delete Spaces

I am an administrator/Org & site admin but don't see space tools or delete spaces and there is no space admin role.

I originally subcribed for JIRA and just recently added confluence.

Thanks for including a screenshot and additional details around your ask. Within Confluence Cloud there is not a Space Admin role as this role is now just Administrators. Chances are if you have the permissions you mentioned then you’re most likely impacted by the following bug which prevents users from being able to delete/admin initially created spaces within Confluence Cloud Free; CONFCLOUD-68319.
