welcome to the Atlassian Community!
This one will be hard to pinpoint from Community - as we do not have access to your server.
Is there anything visible from logs?
How is authentication done (locally, Crowd, Active Directory, LDAP, ...)?
Regards,
Daniel
Hi Daniel,
No there are no logs that can pinpoint the exact issue.
Authentication uses local DB.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Then it is very hard to say something specific. There is some troubleshooting documentation but it will be tricky even for you to diagnose it when there is nothing in logs and you do not know where to start looking at.
Please try to enable User Management Debug Logging
See Configuring Logging for instructions on configuring logging levels. In this case, you'll want to set DEBUG level logging for the following packages under Confluence Admin>>Logging and Profiling:
com.atlassian.user
com.atlassian.confluence.userThis is taken from this page which also could help you further:
