Non-profit license on hosted server

We are a non-profit organization that uses a shared web hosting service (not a dedicated server).  Are we eligible to apply for an Atlassian non-profit licence?

Quite possibly - the non-profit licences work on anything you can run Atlassian software on.  What matters is the nature of your work.
