Hola, necesito ayuda para recuperar mi sitio de Jira Cloud/ , I need help recovering my Jira Cloud site.
La URL de mi sitio es: alejandraparadaw.atlassian.net
Estaba usando el plan gratuito y no he accedido desde diciembre de 2025. Ahora me aparece un error de “Page unavailable” al intentar ingresar, y tampoco puedo ver el sitio en admin.atlassian.com.
Quisiera saber si el sitio ha sido suspendido o desactivado, y si aún es posible reactivarlo o recuperar mis proyectos y datos.

I was using the free plan and I haven’t accessed it since December 2025. Now I get a “Page unavailable” error when trying to access the site, and I also cannot see it in admin.atlassian.com.
I would like to know if the site has been suspended or deactivated, and if it is still possible to reactivate it or recover my projects and data.

We are sorry to hear you no longer can access your site or the Jira product.
Looking at the history of the product and site, we can see it was deleted on March, 2026, as well mentioned in the latest emails for your Jira product.
The site was also deleted, since the other product in the site - Confluence, was also inactive and deactivated.
In general, restores are not supported, and you can see more information here: Can Atlassian’s RDS backups be used to roll back changes?
Even with that in mind, we checked our internal tools if this was still available.
Unfortunately, we would not be able to recover your data, since its been some time since its deletion, and as the site was deleted as well.
We understand this is not the news you were expecting to hear, but if you have a backup, that can be used to be imported into a new site and get your data from there.

After deactivation there is a short window of opportunity to reactivate the subscription.
I will escalte to Atlassian support to see if it is still recoverable.
You should check and see if the reactivation window has not expired you can try to follow the guidance here to reactivate your subscription:

@Brant Schroeder I was doing that but i have to create a new "site", so i have in this site i create for free alejandraparadaw.atlassian.net, and now i have a subscription with the same email but i cannot find the other site where i have information. My Atlassian account email(s):

@Jessica no, I don't have a backup. Just only the data I was using via Jira.
