Newsletter Sign-up function needed

Dear community members,

we would like to offer a sign up function to receive  newsletter. Actually we are currently using a poll where colleagues can add their names and then the disctribution list is genereated from the "poll".

The question is, whether there is a possibility to have it more convenient to sign up to receive a newsletter? 

Do you have any ideas? maybe you are using something like that already?

There are several form apps available for Confluence.

Why don't you just add a form with a single email field and a "Submit" button?

Quickly collecting the lists like this is one of the purposes the ConfiForms app was built.
