I newly imported a wiki space from one cloud instance to another, and although everything seems ok, I have gone back into it, and it's fully restricted.
None of the other org admins can see the space. I can see it but not do any sort of editing.
We are on a free plan. There is no way to restrict pages, but it's worrying that the 4 org admins are locked out.
There is a mention of Microsoft teams for confluence in one of the messages. I don't have this app installed, and when you click to request access, we don't get an email.
Can anyone help with this issue
@Claire Jamieson This is probably happening due to old instance which may have been in different plan and the page was restricted to certain people. When you moved it to your Free plan you were no longer able to change the page restriction because this feature is only available in non-free offerings:
Hi @Claire Jamieson ,
Please check if the required access was granted on source confluence space for the required users before the migration. If access was restricted in source, same will be applied to migrated space.
Please note: Permissions and restrictions aren't customizable on the free plan.

I have got round this issue by trying the standard plan, but I would still like to know what the issue is. if a free plan as no permission, how can it suddenly lock out the org admins? that's a little concerning.
