We are already halfway march. For me that is not 'the beginning' anymore :)
Is there any timefrime for this when the update will really happen?
I believe the latest has been rolled out. The important thing to note about Cloud is that it changes pretty much constantly. So asking about the latest update Will age quickly. Any new vent I think this post is no longer directly relevant.
