Hello Atlassian Team,

My Confluence Cloud site (https://dok88888888.atlassian.net) was deactivated due to inactivity.
I had important educational and project materials there and urgently need to restore access to retrieve my data.

Request ID: c2392c1453214cadbf99c4c389180273
Product: Confluence Cloud (Free Plan)

Please help reactivate the site temporarily so I can back up my content.

Thank you,
Daniil Adamovich

Hello @Daniil Adamovich

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

When was the subscription deactivated? Atlassian keeps the data from deactivated subscriptions for a limited period of time and then permanently deletes it. The maximum documented time for keeping the data is 60 days, but could be as short as 15 days depending on the subscription type and if you have other subscriptions on the same site.

Have you tried reactivating the subscription? Documentation for that process is available here:

Hi @Daniil Adamovich , I recommend contacting Atlassian Support and select 'billing' option.
