Need to post links to local Figma files

Paul R April 4, 2018

From inside a Confluence document, I would like to link to a Figma design document and open it in the Figma desktop app.

When I use the Figma URI and publish the page, it goes dead.

However, this should work because I can open desktop SourceTree branches directly from Confluence.

It appears Atlassian is sanitizing figma:// links for security. If so, please don't!

Ohh you are using Confluence Cloud.

As far as i know, Confluence only whitelists most of popular protocols that are safe to customers.

For figma:// protocol, i can't recall it. I suggest you to file a ticket for our support team at to do further troubleshooting if that protocol is sanitised or not
