Need to know license cost for My local setup of confluence

Hi 

I am planning to buy the confluence product but i dont see the details of cost regarding license for Individual local setup.

I would like to setup confluence on my local windows/linux folder and would like to use it for my content writing purposes and update of videos ,attachemnets etc.

Please could you share us the license cost for same and how long this license would be available

I suspect you would probably be better off going to Cloud, if you need a lot fewer than 500 users.
