Need to develop a plugin to call an api and display the response page in iframe

I need to develop a plugin by using which i can add the links of files to confluence. Like on confluence if i need to add some file link from google drive. In the same way , I need to open ui of google drive in confluence on entering google drive link and so then confluence user can directly select the files from there which they want to add in confluence page. 

So for first thing i need to develop the plugin such that if i provide any api it will open a pop up window with the response page in iframe or something. 

Please help to provide me the link of some reference tutorial like how can i start work on it. Need to develop Something similar to "Integration for dropbox & confluence" plugin.

However, I‘ll give it a try to help you a bit further:

Do you actually want to develop a plugin for Google Drive? There are several apps available in the Atlassian Marketplace. Why don’t you use one of them?

If Google Drive was just an example, you can start with these tutorials gaining some development experience with Confluence apps:

• If you‘re on Cloud, I‘d recommend go get started with Forge development.
• If you’re on Server / Data Center, this tutorial will get you started with development.
