Need to automate our Team Calendar to get tickets from another app. How can I acheive this?

We need to have what I do manually to be automated so that when CR tickets are "Approved", they auto populate into our Confluence Team Calendar.  This automation needs to have "bcp" capabilities (script to be in two locations or be able execute to 2 different locations).  The script needs to be written in Python.

Do I need an add-on like PowerScripts or Confluence CLI to automate this task?
