Need help with Customizing the columns in the response table

Hello team , 

I have a confluence form set up but it has over 20 fields , which makes it difficult to view in the response table and the view misses multiple fields in form of columns. Is there a way to customize the fields to be presented in the column view in response table so we can have the information presented in a readable format

Yeah, that can get messy with so many fields. You might try customizing the response view or exporting the data to a table/report where you can control columns better. Another option is splitting the form into sections or multiple forms for better readability
