I have a space https://wh1tehorse.atlassian.net/ that was recently suspended due to inactivity. I want to create a ticket to restore access to it, but the URL cannot be found:

Moving to the page shows next information:

How can I create a ticket if the link cannot be found? Or maybe an Atlassian member can help me to restore access to the space

Thank you in advance

Hi @Wh1te H0rse , Click on Contact Support and choose the Billing option to request restoring instance. Let us know if you are unsuccessful.

Hey @Wh1te H0rse ,

I believe you can also navigate to admin.atlassian.com (if you're an org admin) and when you navigate to billing, there might be an option to redirect you to a support portal.

Basically, it should point out to Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing, & Licensing as you would get with Jack's method as well.

šŸ“š You can read more about Atlassian's data retention policies for free sites here: Track storage and move data across apps / What happens to Free plan apps if they're inactive for too long?

Cheers,
Tobi
